Requirements for Exterior Repairs to your Home

As the managing agent for The Homeowners Association of Frisco Hills, Inc. We would like to remind all homeowners that if you are going to make any repairs to the exterior of your home and/or roof due to the recent hailstorm, an ACC Request will need to be submitted and approved prior to any work starting.

To submit your ACC Request through your HOA, please visit your Association’s website at Frisco Hills HOA - ACC Request Form. Please be sure to include as much information as possible when submitting your request. Our ACC Department is aware that a lot of requests will be coming in throughout this time and during the spring season and will be working diligently to get your approval processed in a timely manner.
