Pets on Leashes Courtesy Reminder

Recently, we have been receiving complaints that there are dogs being walked within the community not on leashes. This is a friendly reminder that the governing documents for Frisco Hills Community addresses this issue:

2.10 Animals - Household Pets...
… Pets shall be kept on a leash or otherwise confined inside a fenced area whenever outside the swelling. Pets shall be registered, licensed, and inoculated as required by law and must properly tagged for identification. It is the Owner’s responsibility to keep the front of their Lot clean and free of pet debris and to pick up and properly dispose of their pet’s waste wherever deposited.

As a courtesy to your fellow neighbors, if your pet(s) are outside, please be courteous and always have them on a leash.
