Board of Director Vacancy Appointment

Due to personal reasons, shortly after the Board of Directors election, Cleveland Knight had to resign from his new position. After consideration, the Board has decided unanimously to appoint Patrick Larue as he was the next highest votes in the election held in November 2020.

Per the Bylaws of the Association, the Board of Directors has the right to appoint a Member by a vote of the Members of the Board.

Excerpt from Bylaws, Section 2.4 Removal of Directors and Vacancies

In the event of the death, disability, or resignation of a director, a vacancy may be declared by the Board, and it may appoint a successor to fill the vacancy for the remainder of the term.
