We are pleased to announce that the Special Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Thursday December 19, 2019 at 7:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to elect one (1) member to the Board of Directors.
Enclosed in this packet you will find the draft agenda, proxy and candidacy form Even if you plan on attending, it is important that you return your proxy as unforeseen circumstances may occur, preventing you from being able to attend. The Special Election Meeting of the Members cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met, either in person or by proxy. If quorum is not met in this meeting, the meeting shall reconvene on the same date with a quorum requirement 2/3 of the subsequent meeting. The Meeting will reconvene until quorum is met, but in no event shall the quorum be less than 1/10 of the votes of the Association.
