The Homeowners Association of Frisco Hills, Inc. has set a new meeting date of Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to hold the rescheduled Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss normal business of the Association and to elect two (2) Class A Members to the Board of Directors. Please note, the prior meeting that was scheduled could not be held due to lack of quorum.
If you have previously submitted a proxy or ballot, you do not need to resubmit your form(s). We appreciate your participation.
All votes must be casted no later than Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
If you do not vote online; it is important that your Ballot or Proxy is returned to your Association Manager prior to the Deadline Date of Tuesday, January 13, 2026, by 5:00p.m. in order for it to be counted. The virtual annual election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important you complete and return the proxy, in the event that you are not able to attend the meeting.
